What We Collect
We only collect the name, email, country or region, travel month or ‘not sure yet’, party size, destination interests, preferred contact channel and optional message that you choose to submit. If you select WhatsApp, we also collect a mobile number with its international country code.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information only to confirm your travel needs, respond to your enquiry, prepare initial advice, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and continue discussing arrangements after you confirm. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and we do not sell your personal information.
Hosting, notifications and security records
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and Workers. The live form first completes server-side validation, rate limiting, and duplicate prevention; the visitor's browser then uses Web3Forms to send the enquiry notification to the Wandrift China team inbox. On the free plan, Web3Forms securely stores submitted content for up to 30 days and then deletes it automatically. The public form access key is used only for this delivery and does not reveal the team inbox address. The system keeps a hashed rate-limit identifier for about 15 minutes and the enquiry ID deduplication state for about 24 hours.
Retention period
The website does not create a public customer database. Content delivered to the team inbox or enquiry workflow is normally retained for no more than 12 months. If you confirm a booking, relevant records may be kept for as long as needed to perform the contract or meet financial and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is then deleted or anonymised.
Third-party contact and booking
When you click WhatsApp, Facebook, Ctrip or GetYourGuide, you enter the relevant third-party service and its own privacy policy applies. Some hosting, email or contact services may process data outside your country or region. We only transfer information needed to respond to your enquiry.
Local preview
The local development preview only validates the form and creates an enquiry summary. It does not send content to an external notification service.
Access, correction and deletion
To access, correct or delete information you have submitted, or to withdraw a request for further contact, email operator01@wandriftchina.com. We will first verify that the requester is connected to the enquiry, then handle the request as soon as possible.
